No why would it? Nothing is easy if you're subhuman. They see something is off with me and will feel repulsed and avoid me.
Most blatantly first day I went to trade school, all these normies immediately bonding like they knew each other all their lives. Meanwhile I desperately try to be friendly and social and all of that but in the end I'm left out from their social circle because they view as a lesser human being and a social liability.
They've made studies on this, people will judge and discount you within milliseconds of seeing you. It doesn't matter what you say, the moment you're finished saying it you're already cast out.
