The only other liver I've had is beef liver. To me it was exactly the same as goat liver in every way. All of the organs I've eaten were frozen for at least a few weeks before I got them, which made them taste and smell worse than they're supposed to. Beef hearts are still appealing despite the freezing, but all the other organs I've eaten ranged from neutral to bad. Livers and kidneys were the only organs that made me feel noticeably better right after eating them. I still haven't eaten any eyes, thyroids, thymuses, lungs, intestines, or gallbladders
