I have been all stages of full hair, balding, and shaved bald throughout my 20s, and I'll tell you it matters a little, but much less than you think. Fewer women like me on dating apps now, but I still go on dates and no have no trouble meeting girls in person. I'm in my late 20s and I shave my head, and the only real detriment I've noticed is that girls in their early 20s don't like me as much but I get plenty of action from girls in the 25-30 range.

i have the same issue as the guy in your pic. let my hair grow out and i look like a regular balding guy.. buzz it real short and my hairline's back to it's original place. my forehead isn't as big though.
