The normalfag routine is an act most of the time. They do it because they do not trust or even like you and want you to go away, stop talking to their friend, like a different thing. They are trying to discourage you from something and once you realize what that something is you can escalate by turning the tables. Is it a sport team? Say you find the mascot attractive, rapeable even. Is it a mutual friend the "normie" is coveting? Mention the degenerate thing the mutual friend has in common with you. Give normies no quarter, always entrench deeper into degeneracy rathet than retreat.
