Why is talking so hard? Why is texting so hard?? My brain is 100% empty. I have NO IDEA what to say. Does anyone know why this happens or what can I do to combat it? I think part of it is nervousness but I might also just have a low iq. Please please please please help me I'm dying.

Say "uhhh" a lot, it puts you in the hot seat, while youre saying "uhhh" look for something to say, it helps speech production
