Humans love to argue and pick apart people. So if you share your trauma the first reaction of a lot of people will be to poke and prod and try to blame you. They might even make jokes about you. They might be traumatized by a similar coping mechanism and lash out at you as a projection of their own shame. I have never ever ever had a positive experience sharing my trauma, anywhere. The "yeah me too" didn't comfort me because I already know others suffered too. But we all did uniquely. So the circumstances are all different.
Trust me, keep it locked up keep it hidden and just move on. Live with it
