The claim you made is that when a woman drinks alcohol and then gets raped, the fault is (somehow) her own, presumably because drinking alcohol increases the risk of being raped. I will assume that what you mean is that being drunk makes you more vulnerable and less able to defend yourself from a rapist.
If a man wants to rape a woman, he can just rape her and there is very little she can do about it. The analogy goes that if a man wants to hit you with his car, then he can just hit you with his car and there is very little you can do about it. In both cases, the crime was committed by the rapist or hit-and-run driver. In both cases, the victim was unable to defend themself against the perpetrator. Why is the criminal action of someone else the fault of the victim?
Next time you are walking down the street, would it be your fault if I hit you with my car? You did know the risk of walking down the street after all. If you didn't want me to hit you with my car, you could have just stayed inside. I would have really really wanted to hit you with my car too. It's like a primal urge, so it's not like you can blame me.
