I once got banned for 30 days "ban evading" out of nowhere which was obviously not the case so I went to talk to them. At first the admin was really helpful and then when I pointed to the thread got really angry and dismissive at me, claiming to know who I was which confused me and then by sheer chance said something that revealed it was about someone I was arguing with and that they just selected the wrong person to ban and then I said I was the other person and then the admin was like "Oh yeah, you're right, we banned the wrong person by mistake looking at it" and that was that.
Very weird, wouldn't have been unbanned if not for that one line which revealed to me they were talking about the other person.
