My main takeaway from meditation so far is that the human race is delusional and mentally ill the majority of the time. We have no idea what's going on because our minds fabricate reality as a defense mechanism. The way we perceive reality, especially in the last few hundred years has almost nothing to do with reality. Everything is in constant flux, the stillest or most perseverant mind is constantly changing.
