There isn't, hence I am a 38 year old looser who has never had a job and hasn't left his parents house for 12 years now. I used to be in this mindset - and to some extent still am - though I am 28 and have had several gfs.

But I will provide a counter-argument that having a big, larger-than-you goal and ambition in life is an excellent motivation even when you're at your lowest.
For me it was studying and graduating law, which I'm in my fourth year of now, and almost finished.
Obviously if your only goal is to just play more vidya and watch more YouTube life will feel worthless and pointless. But when you have a real goal there is always some semblance of motivation and drive that keeps you going in even your lowest points.
