how can I cut deeper? I really want to go get some attention from the doctors at the er but I need to earn it. ive only manged to just kinda get into the fat in my arm, I want to go deeper but I keep psyching myself out

I only cut on the top of my arms and thighs so I don't think I'll hit anything important. I'm real close to offing myself anyway so I don't really care about the long term. the more things like this I can do the better, I want everything to get so bad that I have no choice but to take the long nap. do you have any tips for going deeper? im scared of cutting the same place twice but I might try it anyway

You never know, really. Gotta be careful. People judge me because of my scars and i'm a 30yo dude with a serial killer/hobo face. Scars will impact your life. Just go full david goggins and self harm through intense physical activities
