Being a male working in a mostly female industry is weird, bros. The longer I am here the more I hate women. I thought maybe my misogyny would change but it hasn't. I am tired of putting on my happy mask and making pretend with them like we are BFFs. They're horrible people and stupid fucking whores that backstab each other all the time in an endless game of permanent highschool. End my suffering.

my experiences have been flipped but that could be more the fact that I like to incite issues which they assume is me trying to patch everyone up. It wasn't I just wanted cat fights, but it turns out those women wanted middle men to sort out their drama and for some reason I found that charming.

This is what makes the workload bigger too. They fuck eachother over constantly but that means they fuck it up for everyone else.

if it makes you feel any better, i work in a male dominated industry where everyone here talks about their girlfriends, wifes, and children. i have to constantly hide the fact that im a truecel in the whole company of 500 employees.

Nursing is full of the high-school mean girls so no surprise there. I've worked with mostly all females at my jobs and straight out refused to gossip. "Sorry its against my religion to gossip". They either leave you alone or actively work to get you fired because you don't play their stupid petty games.

dunno, at least you get to talk to women on a daily basis and have the potential to ask them to introduce you to their single girl friends. as for me, my colleges are either old men with wives and children or zoomer men with girlfriends. one dumb zoomer that i mentor bought a house with the help of his parents and is currently engaged to his fiance. on the contrary, last time i talked to a woman was on february and i can't afford a house yet (need to wageslave one more year and maybe, just maybe).

Most women are very Machiavellian and are more than willing to betray anyone and everyone at the workplace. Speaking purely from experience.
