I'm 36 and have to accept that I'll never get a job in this world. Could probably of pulled it off in the previous version of the Matrix.
But now?

I have two STEM degrees, can make websites, can play ice hockey etc. but because ovaries and 6th sense voodoo is now the criteria for hiring, it's over.
Like, I'm the perfect employee and I do flawless work, but it's not enough. I can't get past the ovary vibe test.

Then I just gave up.

Why do they always hire women to do the normality screening / filtering?

Why do they do this nowadays? Do they want to automatically filter the applications? Or collect behavioral data from people using the site?
