Ive had these extremely painful knots in my upper back all day they are so bad that I cant really move and it hurts to breathe. I have MS so Im disabled and dont have anyone that could possibly help. Idk what to do anons I have to piss but I cant get up. How to fix this?

Idk what cortisone is. My treatment is something that kills the B cells in my immune system to hopefully stop my brain and spine from dissolving. I take a multivitamin Im in a lot of pain tonight. This sucks
