Is this what depression is?

Might be one of those "seasonal" ones. I'm not very experienced with stuff like this.
I'm not sure but, I usually only like to play vidya, and when I'm in this recurring mood I don't even feel like doing that. Usually happens once or twice a year.
Or just burnout?
I'm an unemployed college student, hence why I have the time for this.

this definitely sounds like some sort of depression, yeah. it could be seasonal if it's happening at the same time of year every time. november is definitely seasonal depression season so i wouldn't be surprised. are you still going to classes and such? or are you truly rotted?

I still go to class, but I struggle to pay attention
Not like I need to though and its probably not a "symptom", more so just boring lectures
However, due to how my classes are structured I get long, 4.5 day weekends, enabling this behaviour
It's strange, I always thought February or the later winter months were more "seasonal depression-y", but again, I never had to deal with stuff like this before
Thanks for the input
