I had a conversation with one of my friends about this the other day, and I brought up how most of this is just a manifestation of a cluster B personality disorder. It's HPD and BPD on a scale we've never seen interconnected before the rise of the internet.
The exceptions to this are the ones who don't troon out or act flamboyant.
For example: the gay "accent" isn't natural to any group on earth, it's like hearing nails on a chalkboard, and that's by design. They pick it up later in life and weaponize it, since normal people find it extremely grating, it gives them an ace in the hole when they need to be a victim and dismiss any criticism of their shitty behavior as homophobia.
