By imaginary audience she means the way women are always performing/socialized to be agreeable, taught to be "good girls" since toddlerhood or to meet certain expectations. It is different from the way boys have expectations so don't make that comparison, just accept that. We also can't just enjoy ourselves we are constantly trying to be pretty and skinny while doing it, even during sex, even alone, we can't escape that feeling
By personal fable that applies to everybody that's just coming to terms with the expectations of society + your dreams vs your efforts = reality
