I just have no need for women in my life because I have an ok job, house, etc. If I didn't have this shit I wouldn't be viewed of as an option because I "failed" to reach those goals. But at the same time, women who want to date me are strangers who never helped me in reaching these things.

If you're left to build a life alone then not only do you have no reason to share with people who never helped you, you actually have a bunch of reasons to actively avoid people your own age.

1) She could have helped you and supported you back then. She didn't. If she didn't know you, she knew a guy like you, she ignored him. Fuck compomises, when she wants to date when young you can't be serious. When she wants to marry when old, men have to step up! You're not the fun guy, just the stable on.

3) She's going to be pushing for shit like kids, marriage, etc all on you. After having spend the carefree and fun times with other men. You can experience both of these things if you pick someone younger and not pressed to lock someone down. By committing to an older women you're essentialy forgoing your chance to have a relationship based on romance and desire, instead of pure pragmatism and utlility. Even from a pragmatic perspective younger is better as it's more time to vet a partner instead of rushing and finding yourself sharing a child with someone who is utter trash.
