Certain black chicks, filipinas, and other darker Asians seem to more readily have this trait. Natural medium skin tone, not light and not dark, seems to increased odds.
White chicks tend to be itty bitty with small areolas/nips or they are puffies.
In dating I found naturally fit Hawaiian, Filipina, certain Native American babes will have the small tits med<large areola/nips. Medium skin tone Indian. Also mixed babes with the above ethnic mothers and N/W European fathers seemed to enhance the potential.

I've found women with st/ba tend to be modest and embarrassed by their breasts. Their clothing tends to be thick or darker colors to hide. You will not see them wear lighter materials colors in public.
I believe this is why it is harder to find such examples readily on the internet.
