I don't think finding any info on the suit brand or manufacturer will help us find her, because that's not really unique. The flags in the background and maybe the cap on her hip are probably better identifiers.
Like I said, I don't think that girl is American, but she could be. If she's American, she would be easier to find, especially if she's one of those American college athletes.
Maybe some tech wizard can like enhance or clarify or just do something to make the logo on the red flags visible.
