Statistically, while non-scientific "surveys" claim all sorts of numbers (mostly due to self-serving interests), the fact is that only 1-2% of the population has a foot fetish. This has been measured scientifically by measuring genital and sexual arousal level when literally thousands of images are placed in front of the subjects, from a pool of 3,248 participants, randomly chosen when told they were going for a test on a completely different and unrelated medical screening with a small participation fee.
Interestingly, it was 1-2% of all MEN who were shown to be sexually aroused by feet (and therefore have a foot fetish) whereas only 0.2% of females showed any form of arousal from feet, and also interestingly 96% of all females were actually sexually turned off once aroused by non-feet images when feet images were shown while it was only mirrored in 38% of male subjects actually being turned off by feet.
Last, the incidence of homosexuality amongst male foot fetishists is over 20x that of heterosexual males. However, that number may be skewed as other studies have shown that closet homosexuals use a claimed "foot fetish" excuse by strict expression of partialism (needing to look at feet-only) for the denial.
So your "almost all women in the Millenial and Zoomer generations" nonsensical statement is simply an outright lie. You not only have no basis to know that, but in fact that generation has not been tested (nor any generation), nor are fetishes ever generation-linked so your statement is doubly nonsensical as fetishes are hard-wired in the brain (or as most scientists believe MIS-wired, as it does not serve evolutionary ends to have a foot fetish at all).
