good night, esfores! how was the day today?
i come here again to ask for some serious advice, cuz i am slowly freaking out about this;
how do i stop obsessing over especific people? i've already tried directing that obsession towards fictional things, already tried not talking with the person for some good months, but as soon as the friendship returns, so does the need to only have him to myself.
so what do i do?

Understandable experience

I would recommend you find more or communicate with more people/friends, and also dedicate yourself to your hobbies and activities, also have some distance from that person, a healthy distance, Communication is also important
