I just bought this mattress a few months ago and only now I'm told going to bed with a damp body & hair is really bad and causes your mattress to get moldy wtf

There are waterproof ones, but mine isn't, and it's protected my mattress from diarrhea before.

Better late than never. If the mold isn't too bad, the dryness will eventually kill it, and if it's already too far gone, then you have to get a new mattress anyway.

If there isn't any visible mold, you're good.
