I have insomnia and I hate my life

Well a few hours ago my ears was in pain.
Now I'm just calm and serene.....
I need to choke Chiruno if the pain comes back.

For the insomnia, why not watch a boring lecture maybe you'll fall asleep. Otherwise just put away the gadget and think of any scenario while your eyes is shut of something about happy shooting bunes and cooking them and such.
