I usually eat one meal a day consisting of vegetables and rice.
Often I cut up an apple and cook it with my veggies.
I use cumin, chili powder, or plain white vinegar for flavoring.
I drink coffee maybe once a year and drink milk as often as that.
Maybe once a month or less I'll have something else, usually mac
and cheese, pizza, or eggs. Rarely, a few times a year, I eat some meat.
Usually luncheon meat, but sometimes chicken, sometimes some hamburger.
As I write this I'm on the verge of literally shitting myself.
I'll return once the deed is done. I might smoke first to build up more
