Once i saw a video on yt which talked about animals (humans too) and how on average they have the same amount of heartbeats, taking in consideration their size and proportion. Now i cant perfectly recall it, but it made a comparation between a mouse and an elephant, saying the mouse has an higher amount of bpm compared to the elephant, making it much more shortlived than the elephant, which has a really low amount of bpm
