its psychosis tuesday
first i had a panick attack, then things i touched on the right side of my body felt confusing and weird for about an hour
take care not to get too depressed or stressed out or you'll be met with the same cruel fate

its been happening very seldomly for about a year now, and it got so intense once that i thought it was gonna be a stroke but nothing came out of it and all the doctors doubt that it is
also a stroke is much more sudden hence the stroke in "stroke down"
it could be a focal seizure but the doctors just refuse to think its anything but a panic attack caused by stress
talking with friends also made it better

no, but it makes me panicky and extremely nervous
if it really is the warning signs of a stroke then the doctors probably wont help me until its too late and i'm already losing braincells
its been getting better though

sometimes i feel like i should go into inpatient care but that would cost a lot and remove my ability to work and nothing permanent has happened over the last year
but its not so debilitating that a little bit of rest and time to myself doesnt fix, and i have some meds that mostly help

honestly i feel like i'm trying to just play off my condition i'm extremely terrified by this all and i'm not getting the medical help i need, i get the feeling that this condition wont 'kill me' but if it ever severely injures me then i dont know if i'll be the same after
theres just some things you can't understand until it happens to you, just how terrible the feeling is, how extistentially horrifying it is
traditional ideas of fearing things like spiders or ghosts or the dark just doesnt compare to it
i'd probably contemplate suicide more if i wasnt more afraid of death than this
i feel like some creature that was made just to suffer in the worst ways possible
