This board is a never-ending roller coaster stuck on the path from being moderately shit to overwhelmingly shit, and frankly, I blame all the autistic furry and loli posters for turning the place into a cancerous circlejerk, avatarfagging namefags, and ikaposting tranny faggots who police the interface like watchdogs.
Because of you three groups, good posters like yuji sakai or poopboi are possibly gone for good. I don't mind a little shit dripplets here and there, but with your irrational childish behaviors and your lack of moderation, you're the only ones who are ruining the board for the current posters and future posters.

The best way I've found to deal with back pain is regularly stretching the upper leg muscles since those are what connect and apply torque to the lumbar spine more than the actual back muscles. I've found certain Yen yoga techniques to be particularly effective for this such as Lizard and Pigeon pose. GL anon, back pain sucks.
