You are in your confusion phase.
Just accept it as it is and continue expanding your knowledge on what is important.
Once you get a job then you'll learn what to do to keep yourself live and healthy.
I know a worker who is genius, but he lacks direction. Explore your talent, likes, dislikes, believe and stuff. Be with the good people, and leave the bad.
