you might be able to do talk therapy over the phone. I did it during lockdown but I don't know if its something that doctors are still offering.
I would suggest doing at least some talk therapy as it can be pretty helpful for trauma.
time is probably the most helpful thing as long as you aren't just avoiding processing the trauma and slowly getting over it. escapism may be helpful but if you do it to the point of never dealing with ur problems it can stunt your recovery.
