Why do scientists lie that processed foods are bad for our health? Cheese, yogurt, pasta and bread are all processed foods. Bread was the main food of europeans for thousands of years. They promote that people should eat vegetables and fruit everyday, which are full of pesticides and which could never be grown year round. I can't stand the hypocrisy of these people who think they're the voice of absolute authority.

"Processed foods are bad, and people should eat organic foods, such as, fresh, and whole. Also praying over food on Sunday and being a miracle."

This is dark. Very dark.

It's because the general population has no self control and is full of legitimate mouth breathing retards. Imagine it you kept your dogs food bowl filled 24/7. It'd become obese because it doesn't know how to stop eating. People are the same. If you tell them to stop eating hyper processed foods, it's harder to overeat. Nuance should only be reserved for the people who can handle it.

Cite the study that says it and I will tell you why they say it.
Hint: blog isn't a study
Hint: if you don't have a study then no scientist said it

umm fag I know you're pulling this out your ass but maybe consider how bread was produced in the pass and why it has to be heavily processed.
I agree with you about the fruit and veg though, the whole 5 a day shit came from a fruit and veg marketing council in the 80s

Yet they didn't "enrich" their flour with something that 44% of their population couldn't digest.

It's a scam to sell diet books and luxury products for rich idiots. A peeled fucking banana is a "processed" food. So is homemade applesauce. So is a fucking cut carrot.

>Why do scientists lie that processed foods are bad for our health?
They generally are.
>Cheese, yogurt, pasta and bread are all processed foods.
None of these are particularly good for you. Evolutionarily speaking, domestication of animals for the purpose of milk consumption and agriculture are very recent phenomenons that are nothing like the diet we evolved for. Former is about 8-10k years old, latter around 10-12k. It's literally a drop of water in the hundreds of thousand of years of a diet based on meat, fruit and vegetables. Vast majority of the human population loses the ability to digest lactose in adulthood and even in populations that developed a tolerance, sensitivities to milk proteins and hormones are common. Bread on the other hand is very poor in micronutrients.

>Bread was the main food of europeans for thousands of years.
The only reason both persisted is because they are cheap, abundant, safe and easy to produce, which made them good for sustaining civilization. Note that is said sustaining, they're good enough to survive on, but not ideal for optimal health. It's an artifical solution to an artificial problem.

>They promote that people should eat vegetables and fruit everyday, which are full of pesticides and which could never be grown year round.
Pesticides are a vaild concern, but grains are subject to having them as well, and milk has its own issues in the form of hormones and antibiotics.

That they can't be grown year round is not a factor for health. Again, civilization is a recent phenomenon. We did not evolve for sitting in one place year round growing crops and milking animals. We evolved for hunting and gathering.

(Fermentable) carbohydrates are bad because they stick to teeth like some types of candy and your teeth health is linked to everything.

It's not an appeal to nature if evolutionary history is merely used to make a hypothesis that is then confirmed through actual research, dipshit. This is literally how the scientific method works, you begin with an observation to formulate a plausible hypothesis that then becomes a theory through research. We have all the studies and data to know without any doubt that lactose intolerance is the de facto standard for homo sapiens with only a handful of exceptions, and that even within those exceptions sensitvity to milk proteins and hormones is common. It is also a fact that bread has poor micronutrient content. Good job parroting terms your double digit IQ can't grasp.
>we started eating the food before we "evolved for" it
And we may evolve to tolerate and even thrive on milk and bread, if civilization continues on for the next few hundred thousand years. Right now it's still a novelty that is completly out of the ordinary.
