Just push through it if it’s not your thing. Stay focused on your goals. I’m personally extremely autistic about math so I just do it because it brings me joy, but there are plenty of things in life I had to do in life that I fucking hated with every fiber of my soul.

while you do any sore of repetitive work in math, maybe put on some music to help you get through it quicker.
you should stop listening to music if you see a hard problem, because that requires ur full focus or attention

You can’t. It’s just a fact of life.

What is your motivation? I study math in order to become a better programmer, and I become a better programmer in order to help my people in need.

I also use something called the Pomodoro Technique which is about concentrating for 25 minutes with breaks inbetween. There are apps and websites for this.

Learning math is hard work, it is boring and difficult a lot of the time, it is good to have a goal to motivate you.
