Not baiting, but the shift to digital time has made me retarded. Reading >>16718092 (OP) at a glance is fairly easy to me (short hand pointing at 3, long hand pointing at 7 == 3:07), but I have to mentally work out for a moment when I look at something like pic related. The short hand is "pointed" at 2, but it's actually 1:51, but I sometimes read it as 2:51.

That clock is also broken. The minute hand is not moving in whole increments, which means the hour hand does not either.
The second hand is usually the only one that moves wither smoothly or second by second.
The hour hand should not be pointing directly at 2 in this situation.
