Red Light Therapy
Does it actually work or is it the latest health care scam being pushed on women?

It temporarily reduces certain types of inflammation better than a placebo. That's about it.

many years ago, i used it and blue light therapy for acne. it was effective at reducing it, and did so quicker than any other treatment, but did not eradicate it.

also even though it is effective at some things, many skincare led products are scams that do not use the correct wavelength.
