I think its a form of aging, or has a similar function in people, and as you know you can't just cure aging yet

Or maybe I'm giving scientists too much credit, because it makes sense to assume its better to just let it persist with only slightly incrementally better drugs that must be taken chronically being able to come out

Another big problem with the FDA process is ain't nobody submitting IND applications for freakin' plant extracts. Yet you look at the research, minoxidil be gettin mogged in mice: https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/full/10.1177/1934578X251333902

I plan to try out PP405 relatively soon, but my N=1 results say min already mogged by those plant extracts even in humans, but I'm only a couple months in and not using any trichoscopes.

it literally has, its called fin or dut. everything else is just growth stimulants which only stimulate whats already there, so if you dont use a DHT blocker to protect your current follicles, the stimulants will eventually stop working because of this. anyone who tells you something else is either malicious or an idiot (tho apparently PP405 may grow new follicles, but i wouldnt hold my breath on this, and you still would want to take a DHT blocker regardless)
also fin/dut sexual sides (if you get them) go away with continued use

It has.
Doctors will inflate ballons under your skin, stretching it and creating new skin, then that skin can cover the bald patches. A combover.
Sadly the total amount of hairs remain the same, so by doubling hair cover you halve the hair density. This isnt a serious problem, balding isnt noticeable until hair density drops to like 10% of the normal

if you go look at clinical trials, almost nobody is developing androgen-based hair drugs anymore; it's all kinds of deranged crazy China mechanisms of action that tweak cells some other way, because fin/dut have demonstrated the limits of androgen blockade (some anti-androgenic RCs and phytochemicals are better than them, but not by too much).
