Taking my first proof based course as a freshman in college this fall. Am I fucked?

proofs are the only thing out there that doesn't require much memorization, they simply make sense, don't be a dimwit

If it's like an intro to proofs/discrete math/problem solving type class you'll be fine. Those classes are usually piss easy.
If it's a legit real analysis or abstract algebra class you should still mostly be fine those classes shouldn't be too hard especially if they aren't assuming knowledge of sets and proofs and stuff first. That said, it would still probably be a good idea to read through the first 12 chapters of Hammack's "book of proof."
