Lol. Sedentary. They thought it was just fat they had to worry about, so they sat on their ass all day.

I have chronic fatigue for over 15 years, noone ever found the reason.

Chronic fatigue is a cop-out diagnosis and given overwhelmingly to women because they are hysterics and actually aren't fatigued and would be even more batshit with treatment for it.

Actual fatigue is extremely treatable. Sedatives for sleep and stimulants for wakefulness. Wow that easy. Armodafinil is the best if you just want to be alert. Funny how "chronic fatigue" only became a diagnosis once these became taboo. Reminder to disregard the femscience on "adrenals", and "methylation", it's literally word salad of topics they don't understand and are convinced cures them after they experience placebo from taking SAM-E and B12 lmao.

I'm going to let you in on a secret. Higher the IQ, the less energy one has because the big brain is energy inefficient. Nothing can be done to correct that other than modulating it artificially as needed.

You are confusing fatigue with somnolence. Not the same. If it was just about being sleepy all the time then it would be idiopathic hypersomnia.
