An engineer without a PhD is an incomplete individual, incapable of independently creating and developing anything truly new, and has no right to demand high salaries. Even a master’s degree doesn’t make you one. Working on the design of a cutting-edge HIMARS launcher or an Abrams tank? You should not be allowed to hold any upper midle or senior position in design or development - your only task should be to follow the instructions of a PhD engineer. Your place in the hierarchy is just slightly above that of a technician or a CNC operator without a university degree. Period.

PhD is such a fucking meme. I’ve seen retards fail basic questions at their defense and passing because they’re a good goy for their PI and the system needs obedient cattle. There are maybe like 10-15% of genuinely talented people among PhD holders.

Nevertheless, getting into a PhD program in Europe (say, in Spain) is much harder than finding a job in industry with a bachelor's or master's degree. For some inexplicable reason, despite the rather miserable €1400 per month, you're expected to have dozens of journal publications, strong connections with professors, and a willingness to work eight hours a day just to be admitted. And let’s not forget that there’s intense competition even just to get accepted into a funded PhD program, since unfunded ones are almost nonexistent here.

I’m already working in the industry. I just couldn’t get into a PhD program in my country because of the requirements mentioned above, lol. I didn’t have enough publications, and all my PIs refused to collaborate with me.

Yes, so just imagine how blindingly retarded those without a PhD are.

A PhD is the intellectual equivalent of a penis. Anyone sub-PhD is analogous to a female—receiving ideas and insights from the PhD and perhaps “giving birth” by using these ideas in an act of creation and “rearing young” by refining these ideas over time. Meanwhile the male has moved on to other ideas and theorems, sowing the his seed like a stud bull.

Why do you use the term "nevertheless"? Like difficulty of getting into a PhD program equals personal capabilities?
Let me guess, you are indian and theres one slot in a national university for every 1000 applicants so you think they must be gigasmart and that it isnt just an symptom of a retarded society of retards that forces their young population to play such a retarded game
20 years of education to entry data in Excel? That kind of idiocy
