I have a lump in my forearm on the side my palm is on and I swear I think it's a fucking sarcoma. My parents won't take me to the doctor because they think i'm being dramatic but I swear it's getting bigger and it itches a lot.

You may be able to go yourself. Check your state laws if you're in the US. Honestly anon, catching this early is far more important than whatever consequences come from your parents.

An absolute last resort would be intentionally breaking a bone and getting seen that way.

More likely it's a parasite such as a botfly larva or guinea worm. But the only way to know for sure is to cut an incision and pull the lump out.

Mostly likely cause of this lump is a simple cyst. It's filled with disgusting pus from a blocked skin duct.
Usually these go away on their own, but it takes many days and a brief reflare in size is not uncommon.
If the lump gets bigger than 2 inches (5 cm) across, you really do need to insist to your parents that they have it looked at, since most medical sites say this is a matter of concern.
