Do these kind of videos work? I spend 9 hours a day sleeping, could I take advantage of that and learn while I sleep?

if you fall asleep during a movie you never saw before, can you reliably tell what it is about? no, you cant. its just white noise

yes, I can retain some of it. even if I don't remember it fully I can tell the protagonist wins in the end

anon, think about this critically
anytime someone promises you something desirable with zero effort on your part, you are likely being taken for a ride
in this case, the idea that you could learn a difficult concept effortlessly by using their video as you doze is suspect
but in the age where viewership == eyeballs == ad dollars, you are almost certainly being used to generate revenue with no benefit to yourself

advanced physics takes time and effort and, most importantly of all, a lot of critical thought on your part to understand let alone master
don't fall for something so obviously fake and gay

I mean, what's the harm? Sure, you're allowing them to obtain ad revenue, but you're not losing anything yourself. You don't have anything to lose from letting a video play in the background while you sleep, yet you have everything to gain if there really is an effect.

trick is to master lucidity and you make every dream a lucid one
then spend your time studying in your dream
of course the letters in books are always moving and changing
so you sit in meditation and recreate what you're trying to learn

It's the worst of both worlds. You need wakeful focus to comprehensively take in information. You need undisturbed sleep to organize information in long term memory so you can build on understanding over time.
