If we need an objective function to train a neural network to learn something, what is the objective function for human brain to learn?
What does the brain try to optimize?

somehow we are able to conceive of a goal and then train our brain against that goal
it's like how you know what you want a piece of music you are learning should sound like, but have to practice to get the muscle memory and timing and dynamics down
how we do that is a really good question
