If the universe is infinite then every possible physical arrangement of atoms that doesn't violate the laws of physics exists somewhere.
That includes a version of humans where males all have the Black phenotype and females all have the White phenotype purely due to how their biology and evolutionary path played out. Over time male and female lines just diverged into those forms and it became the norm for their species. Somewhere out there an entire civilization exists where BNWO isn't a meme it's just the default setting.

there's infinite number of numbers between 2 and 3 but there's no 8 there

sure it is just as a composite and shifted one place to the right
2.0 + (8>>1)

infinite number of possibilities doesn't mean every possibility. I don't know how to make it simpler

1.1, 1.01, 1.001, 1.0001, 1.00001...
This is an infinite series that doesn't violate the laws of math and yet there will never be a 2.0 in there.

That being said afaik you can get a theory that will imply your blacked scenario but you need more assumptions.

This is one of the gayest ideas I've read in the past hour.
But it's not inconceivable that sexual dimorphism could include things like melanin production, nose width, and basketball proficiency. Just have these factors be stimulated by sex hormones via a gland or something.
