The best way to look at this is just to imagine the last 50 years or so was some sort of natural catastrophe. Forget about the whys and hows and who to blame. Just think of it like being similar to an asteroid strike, or a nuclear war, or some terrible plague, or whatever. Accept it has happened and now focus on what to do. Think of it as a survival situation with several levels, those being
1) You
2) Your immediate community of family and friends, associates, etc ( if applicable )
3) Your culture ( or your civilization )
Now assess the present dangers to each of those three levels and begin formulating a survival plan which enables their survival.
Then formulate a strategy whereby your goals for each of those three levels might be revitalized ( which might include things like scientific progression, a new political system, as well as things like personal security, a family, a cultural resurgence, etc )
Then finally ask yourself are you willing to take the necessary measures, to accept the risks, and to make the sacrifices in order to make those goals a reality.
If you are unwilling to take the necessary measures by yourself, then look to those who are. Otherwise just accept your lot, lead a hedonistic lifestyle and watch as the fires continue to rage.
Either option is perfectly valid since we will all be dead within 100 years. Unless of course you care about what sort of world your children ( if any ) would inherit.

So can hitting a drone with a bat or shooting a missile at it, except thats not what jamming means. Jamming means blocking a radio control signal, when the drone is autonomous theres no signal to block. You can of course try to physically destroy the drone, may or may not succeed some % of the time.
The point is that drones have no fear, so they can be sent out as assassins. The usual assasin fears for his life so wont (usually) attempt to hit some VIPs due to fear of being captured/killed, but drones dont feel this. And of course they enable easier assassination of normies too

Its the perfect lawyer, as lawyering is mostly finding the laws and precedents that makes your case. In fact throughout most of the 20th century IQ rised by 2-3 points per decade.
