well most of your past is not real, your memories are not 100% real, so it's as fuzzy as the future in a way.
also your past has a causal chain, the future doesn't. since there's inherent randomness anything can happen really, in the future, out of what's possible ofc. so you cannot remember the future because one there's no causal chain for you remembering it, and also there's just too many versions anyway.
so the general vibe is "I guess we'll find out".

you can. Most of the people experience this from time to time. Whenever a song pops up in your head out of nowhere and then you hear it on the radio a minute later, you just remembered something from your future

Good question. But you phrased it really bad. It's like you are asking why you keep forgetting that you have responsibilities to take care of, like going to class or work.
You do remember your future, the same way you remember your past. With signifiers that you use to mentally construct and represent potential experiences. Maybe your memories are fucked anyway and you arent remembering your past. Most people can't even remember their own mother's birthday.
