The requirements for President are a natural born US citizen aged 35 or over.
That's a pretty low bar and we've still only had 47 of them.
Mathematicians and Physicists have a much higher requirements bar than that.

I sometimes wonder if attributions like this didn't work a bit different. In modern times the vast majority of discoveries require at least a whole team and alot of prior knowledge. The low hanging fruit are picked. Because of how normies brains work there needs to be an individual inventor.
