The fertility rate is going down everywhere, in every country. Mammals will stop breeding as much when there’s too much competition for resources, it’s only normal that this is the case for humans as well, nobody wants to live on an overcrowded polluted prison planet where you have to compete with billions of other people for your job. Letting the population go down naturally is normal and healthy, and indeed the best case scenario.
