You have never once in your life made use of knowing the boiling point of pure water at sea level. That leaves just the freezing point, which if the number 32 is too difficult to remember, well, ok, you are a eurotard after all, so that's not actually surprising.

yes, when making spaghetti it is very important that the water boils at 100 degrees celsius, that's why no one adds salt, because that changes the boiling point of water

at my elevation (6000ft, 1000 fathoms, 1829m) water doesn't boil at 100 anyway. I have no clue what temperature water boils at here. it doesn't come up. what does is how long I have to stick the egg in boiling water for.

salt when cooking pasta doesn't actually significantly change the boiling point of water
that's a common brainlet trope and you've been spotted
it would take a massive amount of salt to significantly alter the boiling point
you'd need like 60g of salt per liter to go to 101C

That's not a "Celsius thermometer," these are the two options Euroslaves are allowed to choose from. Either I'm too dumb to know where the 0 starts or I'm too dumb to notice that both numbers are the same on each side.

Pasta should be boiled in very salty water. The salt gets into the pasta and makes it tastier.

In Fahrenheit a fever is exactly 100Β°F with a bad one being 102Β° and death occurring at 108Β°. Let me guess. In Celsius it's 38Β° fever and dead at 40Β°? No, probably not. Have fun with your decimals cucks lmao

>why don't we use 0-100 to describe a range outside that which wee need to consider for weather?
What if I told you 32 and below meant stay warm, negative meant frostbite imminent, bundle the fuck up, and 70, 80, and 90 all meant different conditions?
Would you then understand what a 0-100 scale is? Would it ever click that you're arguing between oranges and orange juice when all you need is to treat your scurvy?

Celsius describes the experience of pure water and is reasonable for kitchens and laboratories. Fahrenheit describes the human experience and is better for weather and air conditioning (which you don't have, lmao).

i think of celsius and fahrenheit in terms of refrigerators.
0C is the lower limit for the fridge
0F is the upper limit for the freezer
