Well, to what extent is this legitimate and not just an urban legend? Is it similar to that "female sixth sense" bullshit we hear so much about? Some even says that because of this, women require more hours of sleep.

An aunt of mine even claimed this in a very unpleasant way, saying they are "boxes," and women have multiple double-shift boxes or something like that, and men are just empty boxes.
