If 4chan's archive got cited, any query about a celebrity or historical figure would just tell you whether they're jewish and how many niggers they fucked.

This may blow your mind, but sometimes they'll cite multiple sources in the same post.
Example:
reddit.com
wikipedia.com
youtube.com

I pretty much never get those sources, but then again I only ask ChatGPT about intelligent things like programming etc

Some guy tried to use it to discuss glowie subjects and the LLM pulled sources from the SCP wiki (sci-fi articles meant to resemble declassified documents).

As in, prompted with "cite your sources" and then claiming those, or as in actually looking through the training data sources?

A few years before stable diffusion started the AI craze there was another craze about Data Science. Tons of courses were offered and the media shilled it as the future. All i was asking myself at the time was what data they were talking about.
You would hear phrases repeated in the media like "companies generate terabytes of data" and i remember my own company's computer files, which consisted of tens of thousands of power point presentations and a similar amount of excel files, all of which were named "file".

All you have to do is take some noun and add "science" to it.

Try it.

AI on silicon tech doesn't exist.
What we have now is the love child of a compiler and a search engine.

in that case, it's just scraping stack overflow, which brings up a pretty important point, what do we do when AI kills the websites its citing information from?
like news organizations have seen the same rapid decline in page clicks since 1 in 4 americans will just ask AI for news, but what happens when there are no investigative journalists left to cite news from?

if AGI is possible, which it isnt unless I make a discovery since im in the highest iq person in the world at 113. Knowing how it can solve problems intuitively instead of randomized token assigned probabilities is how youd go about solving most abstract issues such as programming and physics. it needs recycled logic if optimizing an RL activation function with RL is going to take too much computation since all possibilities will be plotted on the 2d plane of the activation function you brute force and solve (my wm is fucked i cant really do this) once many problems are solved and the kernels are optimized enough we wont need stack overflow anymore tadah
