Yeah. Basic science. Matter IS a form of energy. But it isn't light. We aren't made of photons. Photons (light) is its own fundamental particle. We are made of matter like neutrons, protons, and electrons. Two of which are themselves comprised of quarks. All of which are distinct from a photon.
